🐯 MATERIAL & FORMAT: tinplate box with a traditional slip lid, with a food safe lacquer applied for added durability. Due to their size, the larger tin lids feature a hinge attachment to the tin base. High-end direct printing - no stickers/vinyl.

⏱ PROCESSING TIME

This is shown for each item and this determines how long it takes me to make and box your order. Please note that each order is custom made to order. I often dispatch well before the end of the leadtime, but this cannot be guaranteed due to busy periods. If need your order sooner then please drop me a message as I always do my best to meet date requests.

🚚`DELIVERY OPTIONS - UK

Standard delivery is usually Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, however I may switch to a different courier when I feel necessary (such as during postal strikes and busy periods).

This service usually delivers within 2-3 working days but this ISN'T a guarantee.

Shipping upgrades are available at the check out if you require a faster delivery service.

🚚`DELIVERY OPTIONS - INTERNATIONAL

Orders typically take 4-7 working days for Europe, 12+ working days for the rest of the world but this ISN'T a guarantee.

Although most oversea parcels seem to be arriving in a timely manner, I am experiencing delays to some countries (especially the US, Canada and Ireland). I will do my best to dispatch the item as fast as I can, but after that it is in the hand of the postal service.

Shipping upgrades are available at the check out if you require a faster delivery service.


😟 DELIVERY DELAYS AND LOST ITEMS

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation!

Whilst the majority of my orders deliver in a timely manner, there are always some that get 'stuck in the system'. This is just as frustrating and upsetting for me as when the item is in the hands of the courier I have less control. But I will always contact the courier and keep all pressure on them until the matter is resolved.

😟 HOW LONG BEFORE IT IS CONSIDERED LOST?

**UK - a delivery isn't considered 'lost' in the post until it has been a full 12 working days from the expected delivery date.

**INTERNATIONAL (inc Ireland) - 40 working days from the date of shipping.

Please be mindful of this when placing the order as I am unable to offer a replacement or refund until these time frames have past.

💰CUSTOM & IMPORT TAXES

I am based in the UK so when a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

Customs duty only applies to packages with a value over 150 EUR. VAT will be collected at the time of checkout where the value of the package is less than 150 EUR and you should not be charged additional VAT by the courier. For packages over 150 EUR, VAT will be collected by the carrier with the customs duty.

We're legally required to charge sales tax if the US state you're in mandates it, often no matter where the seller is located. 

❌ DAMAGES

PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK THE ITEM UPON DELIVERY. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged in transit, this must be reported within 48 hours from date of delivery along with images of the damage - including images of the box/packaging.
