Can the personalisation or design be changed?

In most cases, absolutely! If you would some wording or small design changes then please drop me a message and I'll do my best to meet your request.

I also love making new designs, it's the best part of my job. If you have an idea that you can't see in my product lists, then get in touch! We can then work together to design the perfect product for you - a draft will always be sent before going to print. Prices for custom made items will vary on the product and the design - always confirmed once the product brief has been received.

How do I send the personalisation details to you?

Once the item is added to your basket, a box will appear requesting the personalisation details required. If you are unable to see this (or need more space) then please pop it on a message to me.

How do I send you my photos or artwork?

Either attach your image to an Etsy message or drop it in an email to info@keepsakeblocks.com (but please also drop me an Etsy message too so I know to look out for it).

Formats accepted are jpegs, png's, svg's, pdf's, eps's

Please be mindful of good lighting and high quality with images and artwork as I can only print with what is sent. Images that are taken from social media accounts can often look pixelated.

Can items be personalised in a different language?

Yes, I can personalise in any language and can include accents, facades etc

Important with personalisation

PLEASE ensure you double check the spelling and grammar before confirming the order as it will be printed as it comes through to me. I try my best to spot and highlight any mistakes I pick up on, but I'm only human so it's easy to miss them myself.

I can't replace or refund any orders for spelling mistakes that are not fault of my own.

How are my items packed for posting?

Standard packaging - item is wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a cardboard box. Extra padding or air pockets are added for extra protection when required.

Some smaller items are shipped in a bubble mailer envelope.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

I certainly do! The gift wrapping includes:

Large items are wrapped in eco-friendly premium brown paper and finished with decorative ribbon.

Small items are placed in a gift box and finished with decorative ribbon.

The gift message is hand written in a gift card.

How are items shipped?

UK delivery

Standard delivery is usually Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, however I may switch to a different courier when I feel necessary (such as during postal strikes and busy periods).

This service usually delivers within 2-3 working days but this isn't guaranteed.

International standard delivery

I mostly use the Royal Mail for international orders but again, I I may switch to a different courier when I feel necessary (such as during postal strikes and busy periods).

This service usually delivers within 5-10 working days, but this isn't guaranteed.

Delivery delays and lost items

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation!

Whilst the majority of my orders deliver in a timely manner, there are always some that get 'stuck in the system'. This is just as frustrating and upsetting for me as when the item is in the hands of the courier I have less control. But I will contact the courier and keep all pressure on them until the matter is resolved.

HOW LONG BEFORE IT IS CONSIDERED LOST?

UK - a delivery isn't considered 'lost' in the post until it has been a full 10 working days from the expected delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL (inc Ireland)

40 working days from the date of shipping.

Please be mindful of this when placing the order.

Returns or exchanges

As stated in the policies, I don't accept returns or offer exchanges.

Each order is custom made so once produced it cannot be sold on elsewhere therefore would be destroyed which is why they are not accepted.

So please READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION before ordering so you are certain the item meets your requirements.
